Athletics Registration & Forms

The North Cross School athletic program is based on the knowledge that a well-exercised, competitive young person can learn about himself or herself through participation in athletics in a way difficult to match other areas of school life. The development of the complete person is the goal of both the faculty and the staff at North Cross and that goal is enthusiastically pursued in our athletic program. ​

​Middle School sports are offered each season for students in grades 6-8.
Varsity sports, and sometimes even JV sports, are offered each season for students in grades 9-12.  Click on button below to see a list of sports offered each season.

3) Add your student, upload their new VHSL Sports Physical and agree to & submit all the required forms

Baseline Concussion Testing

ALL Football, Soccer, Field Hockey, Volleyball, Basketball, Lacrosse, and Baseball players are required to take the ImPACT Baseline Test, or have one on file from last year, before taking part in contact practices. It is recommended that other sports participants take this test, but it is not required. If your child/ren is/are not participating in athletics in the current season, but intends to do so later in the year, we will offer additional testing sessions at the beginning of each new season. 

The ImPACT Baseline Test only needs to be taken every other year. If you are uncertain if testing is due for your child(ren), contact Department of Athletics Assistant Tracy Schaefer.
